ITSS GLOBAL wins Swiss Private Bank EFG International as a customer for a Temenos Transact upgrade project
Geneva, October 7, 2020 – We are pleased to announce that ITSS has been successful in winning a Swiss Private Bank, EFG International, as its customer. ITSS GLOBAL will act as a Temenos partner to upgrade EFG’s current Temenos core banking system to one of the latest Temenos Transact release.
ITSS has been working with EFG closely for the last 15 months to define EFG’s transformation roadmap. During this time, ITSS has delivered multiple POC´s to showcase its capabilities before embarking on this platform upgrade project.
ITSS will be handling the full upgrade conversion for EFG’s locations in Bahrain, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Hong Kong, London & Jersey. Concurrently, ITSS will be supporting internal training for the EFG’s IT team, to equip them to scale up for a global transformation.
