Role: Project Manager
Exp: 7-10 years (Relevant)

This role is based out in Luxembourg and we are looking for a highly enthusiastic individual, who carries an attitude of a go-getter.
Skillset:
• Minimum of 7-10 years experience working in a Project Management
• Solid Project Management experience (10+ years) within consulting firms, for the private banking sector
• Proven experience leading large-scale Temenos Transact implementation projects, from assessment till post-implementation review
• Agile Certification and/or PMP• Good knowledge and experience in delivery methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple budgets and projects on Temenos simultaneously
• Strong oral and written communication skills, used to interact with C-level stakeholders
• Successful experience in building and leading nearshore and offshore teams on international programs
• Bi-lingual, Vietnamese, and English is a must
Job Description:
•Strategizing, implementing, and maintaining projects’ initiatives on Temenos Transact to ensure project execution within the timeline, the budget and the expected level of quality.
• Determine the scope and clear business objectives of the project and the critical success factors of implementation projects (completion of the Project Definition Document).
• Prepare and communicate project plan to client, project team and Client Services Management
• Developing and managing budget for projects and being accountable for delivering according to established business goals and objectives
• Identifying key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and Temenos’ teams.
• Analyzing, evaluating, and overcoming projects risks, and producing reports for both the management and the stakeholders
• Proposing and supporting any change in the organization of projects aimed at improving efficiency and performance.
• Assisting the Delivery manager in mining new opportunities
• Representing ITSS in various governance forums with the customer
