This role is based out in Bangalore, and we are looking to hire a website manager with an analytical mind and a detailed understanding of Website Development and maintenance to help us take our website to the next level. The right candidate will have a strong background in web development and a good understanding of the latest trends and technologies. To ensure success, the website manager must demonstrate an excellent understanding of content management systems (CMS) and technology infrastructures using CSS, Firewalls, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxies, and Security Audits. A Day at ITSS as Web Developer:

Perform a range of IT, marketing, and website development tasks to ensure organizations have functional websites that represent them well and users can navigate easily while having to enjoy coffee with fun colleagues from all nations and all walks of life.

Primary Responsibilities

· Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading the organization’s website.

· Maintain, update, and protect website security.

. Design a new website from scratch

· Align the website with the organization’s brand, strategy, and standards.

· Audit content and remove duplicate information.

· Complete regular tests to ensure website efficiency and quality.

· Ensure the website complies with the appropriate laws and regulations.

· Identifying and responding to all website security breaches.

· Ensuring that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.

· Updating HTML, CSS and JavaScript regularly.

· Improving the user experience of the website regularly.

· Collaborating with all staff and management to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and meets the organization’s standards.

· Keeping up to date with industry best practices and monitoring competitor websites.

· Produce sitemaps that represent and visualize the website’s structure and functions.

· Reply to, troubleshoot, and resolve website issues.

· Update website coding frequently.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

· Bachelor’s degree in web development or related field, or relevant experience.

· Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

· Expert in Content Management Systems (CMS) and Web Development.

· Skilled in ensuring compliance with Copyright regulations.

· Able to develop the website, maintain the website, and ensure robust firewall protection.

· Intrusion prevention systems (IPS)

· High degree of independent judgment and ability to troubleshoot creative solutions.

· Expert in Web-Based Proxy Management.

· Ensuring Compliance with Website Accessibility standards.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable in a fail-fast-forward construct.

· Able to solve complex problems through UX/UI.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Years of experience: At least 5 years experience in a related role.
